5 Things You Can Do To Calm Your Little When Feeding Them

  • Play Music

One of the best things that you can do to keep your little one calm is play music. Remember, kids love music, particularly the ones that have pretty beats, so when feeding them, try to play some music that they vibe with. Just a tip, try to know the music taste of your little one. This can help you out in making the process of keeping them calm better.

  • Let Them Watch TV

Allow your little ones to watch TV if it makes them calm when they are trying to eat the food that you cooked for them. We know this can cause a bad habit, however, you want to put a limit to it. For example, only allow them to watch cartoons during their breaks or when they’re eating. This can allow them to stay calm and eat slowly while watching something that they really like or look forward to all day long.

  • Try To Stay Calm

Baby feeding is not easy, and a lot of parents end up losing their minds while trying to make their little ones eat, which is why you want to make sure that you are keeping yourself calm when trying to feed them. Don’t be angry particularly, considering your little one can notice this one the fastest. Try to be calm, try to smile, and try to make them laugh so they can enjoy their short break.

  • Be Creative

Being creative is a must when you’re trying to keep your little one calm when feeding them. Try to have multiple foods on your table, try to have colorful food, and add a little bit of dessert in every meal that you hand out. This can help them look forward to the meal session  on a daily basis.

  • Cook Delicious Food

Before cooking something, try to ask your kids what they want. Sometimes kids don’t stay calm because the food you’re giving them is something that they do not like, which is why in order to keep them calm, make sure you are giving them food that they love or they can enjoy.
